We collect information you provide directly during registration and onboarding, including your name, email, country, timezone, and monthly income. We also log the financial records (incomes, expenses, budgets, savings goals) you manually input to enable tracking.
Your data is processed strictly to provide personal finance tracking features. When using AI features (auto-categorization, spending audits), your inputs are sent securely to Google Gemini API. We never sell your personal or financial data to third parties.
Every user’s data is logically partitioned in our MySQL database. Row-level filters restrict access so that only your authenticated user ID can read or write your logs.
We partner with Stripe for secure subscription processing. We do not store credit card credentials on our servers.
Under global privacy rules, you have the right to request deletion of all your stored data. You can delete your account permanently at any time through the Settings page. This will permanently wipe your user record and all associated records from our systems immediately.
